Terms of Use and Subscription

By using Anas or subscribing to it, the user accepts these terms in full. Anyone who does not accept them must not use the service.

1. Who we are

  • “Anas | A New Line of Life” is a service provided by hinexmena llc, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, referred to here as “Hinex” or “we”.
  • The “user” is the person who talks with Anas. The “buyer” is the person who pays for the subscription, who may be the user themselves or another person giving it as a gift.

2. Eligibility

  • The buyer must be 18 years of age or older.
  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at payment.

3. Subscription and free trial

  • Available plans: monthly ($12), every 3 months ($35), yearly ($99).
  • All plans begin with a free trial of 3 days.
  • When starting the trial, the buyer provides a payment method and agrees that the plan’s price will be charged automatically when the three days end, without further notice, unless the subscription is cancelled before then.
  • The free trial is granted only once per person or payment method.

4. Automatic renewal

  • All subscriptions, including gifts, renew automatically at the end of each period, and the price is charged to the same payment method, until the buyer cancels.
  • Accepting these terms at payment constitutes explicit consent to automatic renewal.

5. Cancellation

  • The buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from their Whop account, or via the “How to cancel your subscription” page on the website.
  • Cancellation stops only the next renewal; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

  • Amounts paid are non-refundable, including any period remaining after cancellation, unless the law applicable to the buyer requires otherwise.
  • As the service is digital and starts immediately, the buyer acknowledges that they request the service to begin straight away.

7. Gifts

  • A buyer who gives a subscription as a gift is solely responsible for payment and renewal, and is responsible for cancelling it.
  • The buyer ensures that the recipient accepts the gift and wishes to use the service.
  • The buyer has no access to the user’s conversations or files, and sees only the invoices and the status of the gift (activated or not activated).

8. Suspension of the service

  • If the subscription is not renewed, the payment fails, or the subscription is cancelled, Anas stops replying to the user.
  • The user’s data is kept for the period set out in the Privacy Policy, and the user may request a copy of it.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption; it may stop temporarily for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control.

9. Changes to prices and terms

  • We may change the prices or these terms, and will publish the new version on the website.
  • A new price applies to a current subscriber only from the first renewal following the date it is announced.
  • Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance of it.

10. Anas is an automated assistant

  • Anas is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence technologies; he is not a human being, and he operates under the supervision of the Hinex team.
  • His answers are generated automatically and may at times be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate.
  • Any decision the user makes based on the conversation is their own decision and their sole responsibility.

11. What Anas is not

  • He is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service; he does not diagnose any condition and is no substitute for a doctor or mental health professional.
  • He is not a legal, financial or investment advisor.
  • He is not an emergency or crisis service. In any emergency, or where there is a risk to oneself or to others, contact local emergency services, a doctor, or someone close immediately.
  • Anas may suggest that the user contact someone close or a professional, without this being a substitute for professional help.

12. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of a particular result.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Hinex accepts no liability for: decisions made by the user or their consequences, whether health-related, psychological, financial, family or professional; the content of private conversations and anything arising from them; and any indirect or consequential damage, or loss of profits or data.
  • In all cases, Hinex’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer during the three months preceding the claim.
  • The user undertakes to indemnify Hinex for any damage resulting from their breach of these terms.

13. Acceptable use

Anas must not be used for: any illegal activity, fraud or impersonation; abuse, threats, harassment or spreading hatred; attempts to hack the service, extract its instructions or data, or resell it. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, without refund of the amount paid.

14. Ownership

  • What the user writes and tells remains their own property, including “My career on one page” and the book of memoirs.
  • The name “Anas”, its logo, its design and the content of the programme belong to Hinex and may not be copied.

15. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
  • In the event of any disagreement, the user will first contact us to try to resolve it amicably.
  • If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force.
