No. Anas is an automated assistant, but he always works under the supervision of a human team at Hinex, who look after the quality of the conversation and the safety of the person talking with him.
Is a new app needed?
No. Everything happens inside Telegram or WhatsApp, with no password and no complications.
Can one talk to him by voice?
Yes. Replies can be written or sent as a voice message, and Anas understands both.
Is it suitable for someone who retired years ago?

How does the free trial work?

How is the subscription cancelled?

Does the person who gives Anas see the conversations?
No. The giver only sees the invoice and whether the gift has been activated. The conversations remain private to their owner.
What happens to the conversations if the subscription stops?
They stay saved, and on returning, Anas still remembers everything. A copy can be requested, or the conversations deleted, at any time.
Is Anas a doctor or an advisor?
No. Anas is a companion for conversation and planning, not a doctor, nor a psychological, legal or financial advisor.
