Privacy Policy

We keep only what is needed to run Anas, we sell no one’s data, and our team reads conversations to improve the service and for the user’s safety.

1. What we collect

• From the buyer: name, email address, and payment details (processed directly by Whop; we never see the card number).
• From the user: Telegram ID or WhatsApp number, name, written and voice conversations, the files Anas creates for them, and their email if they provide it.

2. How we use it

• To run the conversation, remember what the user has said, and create “My career on one page” and the memoirs.
• To manage the subscription, invoices and gifts.
• To improve Anas and develop the programme.

3. Access to conversations by the Hinex team

• The Hinex team may read the conversations and their summaries, in order to improve the quality of the service and to look after the user’s safety when something gives cause for concern.
• The team keeps confidential whatever it reads, and does not share it with any outside party except in the cases set out in section 5.

4. Service providers

• Conversations pass through providers of artificial intelligence and voice processing technologies to generate replies and convert speech to text.
• Payment is handled by Whop, and messaging by Telegram or WhatsApp; each has its own privacy policy.
• Data is stored on our own private servers.

5. When we share data

We do not sell or rent data. We share it only: with the service providers mentioned above, to the extent needed to run Anas; where required by law or by a competent judicial authority; where necessary to protect the user’s life or the safety of others.

6. The buyer and the user

• If the buyer is another person (a gift), they have no access to the user’s conversations or files.
• The buyer sees only: the invoices, the gifts they have bought, and whether or not they have been activated.

7. Retention and deletion

• We keep the data for the duration of the subscription and for 12 months after it ends, so that the user can come back and find that Anas still remembers them.
• At any time, the user may request a copy of their conversations by email, or request the deletion of their data, which will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no system on the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Requesting a copy or deletion of data

The user can request a copy of their conversations or the deletion of their data directly from the dedicated button inside Anas, or from their account on the website.
